Betalingen en abonnementen:
Je bent ervan op de hoogte dat al onze accounts een abonnementsvorm hebben. Wanneer u een product op Motius.nl koopt, krijgt u een (maandelijks) abonnement en wordt het bedrag uit uw abonnement automatisch van uw bankrekening afgeschreven. Je kunt het abonnement op ieder moment maandelijks stopzetten door een e-mail te sturen naar info@motius.nl of dit regelen in het platform zelf. Het abonnement eindigt aan het begin van de volgende maand, gelijklopend met de datum van afsluiten. Alleen met een kortingscode kan uw abonnement gratis of goedkoper zijn. Alle abonnementen zijn persoonlijk. Het is niet toegestaan uw abonnement met anderen te delen. Alleen de kortingscode om kosteloos in te loggen kan door zakelijke accountgebruikers worden verspreid onder hun eigen klanten of medewerkers om het platform te gebruiken. De kortingscode is alleen voor de klanten van Motius.nl haar zakelijke accounts en mag niet worden gepubliceerd op websites of andere openbare plekken. Motius.nl heeft het recht om elk abonnement op elk moment te beëindigen. Wanneer u werkt voor een bedrijf dat uw abonnement heeft betaald, kunt u de code van uw werkgever gebruiken. Hiermee krijgt u een account waarop de specifieke afspraken van toepassing zijn die uw medewerker en Motius.nl hebben gemaakt. Wanneer u inlogt op het platform is het uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid om alle informatie die voor u van belang is te verkrijgen door zelf contact op te nemen met uw werkgever.
Privacy op het platform:
Wanneer bezoekers reacties achterlaten op de site, verzamelen we de gegevens die worden weergegeven in het reactieformulier, en ook het IP-adres van de bezoeker en de browser user agent-string om spamdetectie te helpen. Wanneer u uw account aanmaakt op Motius.nl kunt u er na het inloggen voor kiezen om in de “privémodus” te staan. Alleen uw volledige naam en e-mailadres zijn altijd zichtbaar voor andere gebruikers, ook als u zich in de “privémodus” bevindt. Als u het niet leuk vindt dat uw naam openbaar is voor andere gebruikers op het platform, raden wij u aan een andere naam te gebruiken.
Media:
Als u afbeeldingen naar de website uploadt, vermijd dan het uploaden van afbeeldingen met ingesloten locatiegegevens (EXIF GPS). Bezoekers van de website kunnen mogelijk locatiegegevens downloaden en extraheren uit afbeeldingen op de website. Het is in het geheel niet toegestaan om de inhoud inclusief de video’s op Motius.nl te downloaden, kopiëren, mailen of gebruiken.
Vrijwaring:
Door de oefeningen op Motius.nl te doen, doet u ze op eigen risico. Als u twijfelt aan het doen van enige oefening, vraag dan eventuele medische informatie aan uw specialist. Als u pijn of ander ongemak voelt tijdens het doen van een oefening, stop dan onmiddellijk. Motius.nl is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele schade door het doen van de oefeningen. Motius.nl is geen medisch platform en heeft geen inzicht in uw medische aandoeningen. De tests op Motius.nl zijn slechts bedoelt ter indicatie voor welke oefeningen mogelijk goed zouden passen. Het is geen enkele indicatie die iets zegt over uw persoonlijk gezondheid en vervangt onder geen enkel beding een advies van een medisch therapeut, arts, therapeut of specialist. Motius.nl en de ontwikkelaar Erik Veldman die in alle video’s op het platform zichtbaar is zijn onder geen enkele voorwaarden aansprakelijk voor enigerlei schade aan uw gezondheid, gederfde inkomsten door loonderving of schade van welke aard dan ook van uzelf, uw werkgever, of diegene die de betaling van uw abonnement op het platform heeft voldaan tijdens of na afloop van de gedane oefeningen of adviezen welke aangeboden worden op het platform. Alle adviezen op het platform behelzen adviezen voor algemene vitaliteit en zijn niet van medische aard.

Als u een wachtwoordreset aanvraagt, wordt uw IP-adres opgenomen in de reset-e-mail. Voor gebruikers die zich registreren op onze website (indien van toepassing), slaan we ook de persoonlijke informatie op die zij verstrekken in hun gebruikersprofiel. Wij kunnen u een e-mail sturen als er wijzigingen zijn doorgevoerd op het platform, zoals nieuwe inhoud etc. Ook ontvangt u een aantal keer per jaar een e-mail met de nieuwe inlogcode voor uw klanten.

Payments and subscriptions
You are aware that all our profiles are with a subscription. When you buy any product at Motius.nl you will get an (monthly) subscription and your bankaccount will be charged automatically for the amount from your subscription. You can stop the subscription monthly at any time by sending an e-mail to info@motius.nl. The subscription will end at the start of the following month of the startdate from your subscription. Only with a discount code your subscription can be free of charge. All subscriptions are personal. You are not allowed to share your subscription with others. Only the discount code to log in without any charge can be distributed by business account users to their personal cliënts to use the platform. The discount code is for the cliënts from Motius business accounts only and may not be published at websites or other public aereas. Motius has the right to end any subscription at any time. When you work for a company who has payed youre subscription you can use the code provided by youre employer which will give you an account which holds the specific agreements made by youre employee and Motius.nl. When you log on to the platform it is youre own responsability to get all the information that is inportant for you, by contacting youre employer.
Comments and privacy
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. When you create youre account at Motius.nl you can choose to be in “private mode” after you log in. Only your full name and e-mailadres are always visable for other users, even when you are in “private mode”. If you do not like to have youre name public to other users at the platform whe advice you to use a different name.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can maybe download and extract any location data from images on the website. It is not allowed to download, copy, mail or use the content inclusive the videos at Motius.nl at all.
